Megg has posted the new POTW, let's find out who has been chosen this week. Dry Bones999 was nominated to be penguin of the week by Lumpystuff! And now, it's time to read his friend's nomination, I guess.

Well, that's a good explanation I think. I feel like for the first time I saw someone who truly deserves to be penguin of the week has been chosen. Anyway,
